Eyeshadow Base/Filler - 10g

Eyeshadow base oxide - 10 grams.

This is an off white coloured matte soft and light mineral base which is added with other ingredients such as pigments, to produce a mineral makeup finished product. It is a very common ingredient in mineral makeup, as foundation powder base, blusher or eyeshadow base.

Eyeshadow base has been especially formulated for use on delicate eye areas. It is a finely sieved, very lightweight pigment.
