Potato starch powder is a similar consistency to rice/arrowroot powder and is a soft, refined, white powder texture. 

Potato starch can be used as a cosmetic thickener and can also be made into a face mask mixed with water. 

Potato starch is most suitable for cosmetic body butter and 'whipped' body creams.
