FIXED POSTAGE COST

There is one capped postage fee per order for this website, which is $10.00 including GST.

This is a capped fee payable for all orders up to a maximum allowable Australia Post net packaged weight of 21kg. For orders of $250.00 AUD or greater, postage is free within Australia only.

There are no handling fees to pay, additional zone fees or any other hidden charges.

METHOD OF DELIVERY:

Southern Skies Soap Supplies' offers only one method of delivery by Australia Post.

ORDER TRACKING - HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your tracking details will be recorded in the cart email called 'Soap Order Tracking' which you will receive once we have dispatched your goods.
Emails are sent to the email address that you registered with in the cart. Please check your spam or trash folder if you haven't received any emails.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

An average delivery time frame from Balaklava SA 5461 to metro Adelaide is 2 business days; approx 3 to 5 days for eastern states (Vic/NSW), approx 5 to 7 days to QLD/WA and approx 7 to 10 days for more remote locations such as Cairns or NT.

Delivery times are ultimately determined by Australia Post and delays should be expected during Christmas and public holidays.

MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMITS:

The maximum allowable net packaged weight limit that we will post to you, is 21kg. It is the safest maximum weight allowed to be posted as determined by Australia Post, which is published in their 'Postage Guide' booklets available at all Post Offices within Australia.
